Vision to Life is operated by Scott Grubb. We provide fractional COO services, advisory retainers, and educational resources to individuals, business owners, and single family office principals.

By using this website or engaging with any Vision to Life service, you agree to these terms.

Vision to Life offers three categories of service:
Fractional COO services for single family offices: Embedded operational leadership on a retainer basis. Scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in a separate engagement agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement.
• Educational products and courses: Digital content, workbooks, assessments, and online courses available for purchase through this website. Terms specific to each product are presented at checkout.

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Vision to Life does not manage assets, hold a fiduciary relationship with website visitors, or provide services regulated by the SEC, FINRA, or any equivalent body.

3. No Asset Management

Vision to Life is a fee-for-service operations advisory firm. We do not manage, hold, or advise on investment assets. We do not earn commissions, referral fees, or any compensation tied to investment products or decisions. Engaging Vision to Life does not affect your existing advisor relationships.

4. Purchases and Payment

Purchases made through this website are processed by Kajabi's secure payment system. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing and terms presented at checkout.
• All fees are in USD.
• Subscription or retainer fees are billed automatically on the agreed billing date.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
• Refund terms are specific to each product or service and are presented at the time of purchase or in the applicable service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including written content, frameworks, assessments, course materials, and visual assets, is the property of Vision to Life or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Purchasing a course or product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access that content for your own use. It does not grant rights to share, resell, or redistribute the content.

Part 2: Privacy Policy

Vision to Life takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to all visitors to visiontolife.com and anyone who purchases a product or engages with our services.

• Payment information (name, billing address, card details, tax ID), when you purchase a product or service. Payment data is processed by Kajabi and is not stored directly by Vision to Life.
• Communications you send to us via email or through the site.
Information collected automatically
• Basic usage data: pages visited, time on page, browser type, and referring URL. This is collected through Kajabi's built-in analytics and may include cookies.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
